More details are unfolding about the passing of Gypsy-Rose Blanchard‘s ex-fiancé, Ken Urker.

The former fiancé of the Gypsy Rose: Life After Lock Up star was found unresponsive at his home on Thursday (October 1), which was his 33rd birthday.

It was previously reported that a family member had found him, and now we know who.

Gypsy-Rose sent a “happy birthday” text to Ken with no response, and according to People, her brother, Dylan, and his wife later went to Ken‘s home to go to dinner with him, and they found him deceased.

In addition, Ken‘s sister, Autumn, went live on TikTok that evening, confirming that her brother had passed away and revealed his last words to her.

“I love you,” she recalled of him saying to her. It’s unclear when he said this to her.

Ken and Gypsy originally connected in 2017 while she was in prison for the murder of her mother. After a year of dating, while she was still behind bars, they got engaged in October 2018, but they broke up in 2019.

She then married Ryan Scott Anderson in a jailhouse ceremony in July 2022, but after splitting up with him in March 2024 and moving in with her dad and stepmom in Louisiana, Gypsy-Rose reconnected with Ken. They then welcomed their first child together, a daughter named Aurora, in late December 2024.
