Sandra Bullock Explains Why ‘Practical Magic 2’ Is a ‘Love Letter’ to Daughter Laila

Sandra Bullock is sharing a moving statement about how her new movie Practical Magic is dedicated to her daughter, Laila.
The 62-year-old Oscar winner spoke to Jennifer Aniston for a conversation published by Interview magazine in which they talked about her life in the public along with how she feels about the Practical Magic sequel hitting theaters this weekend.
During their chat, Sandra said she feels like the movie is a “love letter of my sorrys” to her 12-year-old daughter, adding that she wants to “do right by her.”
She compared her daughter to her character in the films, Kylie, who is played by Joey King in the sequel after Evan Rachel Wood was recast.
