What Was Diddy’s Original Prison Release Date?

His release date has continued to shift over the past few months.

He was originally scheduled to be released in June 2028, then it moved to April 2028 before being bumped up to February 23, 2028. At the end of July, it was bumped up to January 27, 2028. It was then pushed back to February 20, 2028 following reports of a prison fight.

It’s now set at February 5, 2028, 15 days earlier than the previous date.

What Happened to Diddy in Prison?

Earlier this summer, a source claimed to NBC News that Diddy was in solitary confinement after he reportedly got into a fight with a fellow inmate. According to TMZ, the prison fight started after an inmate insulted Diddy and was quickly stopped by staff.

Fort Dix is a low-security federal prison. He pleaded not guilty during the trial, and he and his legal team have tried to appeal the case. Diddy remains in prison while awaiting a decision on his appeal.
