Who Went Home on ‘Big Brother 28’ Week 5? Spoilers for August 13 Eviction Episode Revealed

The fifth eviction of the season on Big Brother just took place and another houseguest has been sent home.

During the Thursday, August 13, episode, filmed live on the CBS lot in Los Angeles, Julie Chen Moonves hosted the live BB Blockbuster competition and then the live vote.

Big Brother airs three episodes every week, as well as a new episode of recap show Big Brother Unlocked every other week.

Lala was the Head of Household this week

Boutique Salesperson LaTrice Verrett, aka Lala, won the HOH competition this week and had to put three houseguests on the block for nomination to go home.

The three nominees were Barrett Pfeiffer, Haley Thogmartin, and Chuk Anyanwu

Kamu Kirk ended up winning the Power of Veto competition decided not to remove any of houseguests off the block.

Haley won the BB Blockbuster competition

Each Thursday night, there is a BB Blockbuster competition before the eviction. The three final nominees compete against each other for a chance to be saved.

Haley won and was taken off the nomination block, leaving the final two nominees as Barrett and Chuk.

Chuk was evicted from the house

Chuk was evicted from the house in a vote of 9-1.

Haley was the only person who voted to evict Barrett.

CBS has confirmed when the Big Brother finale will air this year.
