Why Hilary Duff Was in the E.R. with Her Daughter Just Hours Before Madison Square Garden Concert | Just Jared - Celebrity News and Gossip

Hilary Duff made her debut on the Madison Square Garden stage last night, but there was a bit of a hiccup to the big day.
The 38-year-old singer performed at the famed venue for her Lucky Me Tour on Wednesday (August 5) in New York City.
During the show, Hilary revealed that she spent that morning in the emergency room with her five-year-old daughter Mae.
Hilary shares daughters Banks, 7, Mae, 5, and Townes, 2, with her husband Matthew Koma, plus her 14-year-old son Luca with ex-husband Mike Comrie.
“My kids are here tonight. I can’t believe I get to show them this,” Hilary said at the show (via E! News).
She continued, “We were in the ER this morning getting some stitches for my 5-year-old. She’s fine, it’s all good, but it’s very ‘our family’ coded that Id’ be playing my first night at MSG and also be in the emergency room getting my kid stitched up… Mae Mae, you’re very brave.”
The audience at MSG was treated to a huge surprise when Hilary brought out an ex for a special performance during the show.
There’s one more MSG concert tonight, August 6!
