Taylor Swift is expected to have around 1,000 guests attend her wedding to Travis Kelce, which means she is going to have plenty of famous friends in the crowd.

Over the years, Taylor has befriended a bunch of celebrities and she famously had a “squad” in the mid-2010s. She later reflected on being in a girl group and how it was perceived in the media.

“Never being popular as a kid was always an insecurity for me,” Taylor told Elle in 2019. “In my twenties I found myself surrounded by girls who wanted to be my friend. So I shouted it from the rooftops, posted pictures, and celebrated my newfound acceptance into a sisterhood, without realizing that other people might still feel the way I did when I felt so alone. It’s important to address our long-standing issues before we turn into the living embodiment of them.”

In the years since, Taylor has still surrounded herself with close friends, but in a more private way. She doesn’t appear to be as close with some of the famous celebs anymore, but she still counts plenty of famous stars as best friends in 2026.
