Taika Waititi Spotted on Night Out with Longtime Collaborator Rachel Forman - Just Jared - Celebrity News and Gossip

Taika Waititi is enjoying a night out with one of his longtime friends and collaborators!

The 50-year-old Oscar-winning filmmaker was seen stepping out with frequent creative partner Rachel Forman during a night at the Chateau Marmont on Saturday (June 20) in Los Angeles.

Taika and Rachel made some funny poses for the cameras while walking out of the iconic venue.

Rachel is listed on IMDb as Taika‘s assistant on the HBO series Our Flag Means Death and she is a co-producer on his upcoming movie, Klara and the Sun. She also has a role in the film!

Klara and the Sun is about a robot girl designed to prevent loneliness who tries to save a heartbroken family of humans. The film is expected to be released in theaters on October 23.

While waiting for their car at the Chateau Marmont, Taika and Rachel waited on couches on the stoop. They spotted the cameras from afar and waved to the photographers.

For those who don’t know, Taika is married to singer Rita Ora. They were last spotted together earlier this year.
