Megan Thee Stallion Films Concert Scene for Fox's 'Baywatch' Reboot in Long Beach - Just Jared - Celebrity News and Gossip

Megan Thee Stallion traded the beach for the stage while filming more scenes for the upcoming Baywatch reboot in Long Beach, Calif. on Friday (June 5).

After shooting the beach running sequence earlier in the day, the 31-year-old rapper was photographed performing during a concert scene. Cameras captured Megan singing and dancing alongside backup performers in front of a crowd while bright purple and pink stage lights illuminated the set.

For the sequence, she wore a blue strappy crop top paired with oversized cargo-style pants and her long hair flowing down her back. Several shots show her working the stage with a microphone in hand, interacting with dancers and performing choreographed routines.

Production officially kicked off in mid-March and has been ongoing ever since, leading us to see many photos from set at the beach. Matt Nix will serve as showrunner and executive producer on the Fox reboot, with McG directing the first episode.

The series is set to debut in January 2027 season on Fox, following a 12-episode order back in September 2025.
