Chace Crawford and P.J. Byrne are teaming up again!
After starring together on The Boys, the two actors have signed on to play brothers in the upcoming series We Were Once Men, which is currently in development at Prime Video, according to Deadline.
As of right now, plot details for the series are being kept under wraps, but the show is being “described as a satirical black comedy about male identity in collapse.”
Chace, 40, and P.J., 46, will “play brothers amongst a group of men seeking to rediscover their purpose at the radical Reclaim Retreat that promises the transformation of the modern man.” Along with starring in the series, the two will also serve as executive producers.
We Were Once Men is being written by Matt Berns, who has worked on both The Boys and its upcoming prequel series Vought Rising.
Chace and P.J. actually first worked together nearly a decade ago, starring in the 2017 thriller movie Eloise. They then reunited on The Boys where Chace‘s character Kevin Kohler/The Deep had a longstanding grudge against P.J.‘s Adam Burke.
